We did Pumpkin, Lemon Meringue, PB&J, Peanut Butter and Chocolate, Chocolate Cream, Apple Carmel Pecan, Cranberry Walnut Orange and a selection of savory pies. New flavors coming soon: Lemon Coconut Buttermilk Pie, Raspberry Custard Creme, Honey Pie, Blueberry Crumble, Chocolate Pumpkin, Pumpkin Praline Pecan, and Sour cream and Apple Pie. YUM!

Well we did it, we made a Peanut Butter and Jelly Pie, petite and hand pie. People love them and we do too! Have a look 🙂

That’s right, we went tropical. Who says you can’t bake pineapple and mango in a pie? Top it off with some baked coconut and fresh coconut on top and you are eating Hawaii. 🙂

New Savory Hand Pies

We have added new savory flavors to our pies. We already had Honey Carrot, Pea, Feta Dill Hand pies, but then we made Spinach, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Pine nuts and Cranberry Pie and it was delicious. The trick is to add a touch of cinnamon and brown sugar. Mangiamo!

Lemon Hand Pies and Petites – Ohh yeah!

We have been making our Lemon Meringue Petite pies, but we thought, hey, Hostess does a Lemon Hand Pie, why can’t we? So we did it and it was delicious. Warm or cold and topped with powdered sugar, this is a tart and sweet tasty treat! 🙂

Even More Petite Pies

We went a little crazy and made some more petite pies to test out our designs and flavors. We made what we are calling a Hawaiian Pie, one last taste of summer. This delicious hot and cold pie is a mixture of pineapple and mango filling with a creamy banana/pineapple vanilla creme on top that is cold. Topped with fresh pineapple and shredded coconut, this is a burst of tropical flavor in your mouth. See our photos of it below with other petites 🙂

A Foray into Petite Pies

We just started making our first Petite Pies. All our flavors as well as some new ones – Key Lime, Lemon Meringue, Pumpkin, Pecan and more to come. Now we know this is nothing new, we’ve seen these everywhere, but for us, it’s the only way we can do open top pies for fillings like the above, so we had to do it. Plus they are so darn cute and packed with fillings. Below are some of our new ones: Sweet and Spicy Peach, Apple, Cranberry Apple, Chocolate Nutella Ricotta, Cherry, and Blackberry. So good, so cute and coming soon to a coffee shop near you. Also available to order 🙂
